Shipping
Every order ships from Georgia by USPS, usually within 1 to 2 business days. Most orders arrive in 3 to 5 business days after that. Shipping is a flat $4.95 on any order, and FREE on orders of $35 or more. Airline pins come in a gold gift box, which then fits into a sturdy corrugated box for added protection. We don't use bubble mailers, so your pin arrives safe and uncrushed.
Returns
We want you to be happy with your pin. If you're not, you can return it within 30 days of delivery for a full refund, and return shipping is free. Just email pinpalmail@gmail.com with your order number, and we'll email you a free return label. Pins should come back unused and in their original box. We'll send your refund within 5 business days of getting the return, back to your original payment method. If your pin arrives damaged or wrong, email us a photo and we'll replace it or refund you.
