Refund policy

We want you to be happy with your pin. If you're not, you can return it within 30 days of delivery for a full refund, and return shipping is free. Just email pinpalmail@gmail.com with your order number, and we'll email you a free return label. Pins should come back unused and in their original box. We'll send your refund within 5 business days of getting the return, back to your original payment method. If your pin arrives damaged or wrong, email us a photo and we'll replace it or refund you.
